Jopwell is the leading platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals to unlock opportunities for career advancement, not only when looking for a job but at all career stages. Launched in 2015 by Porter Braswell and Ryan Williams, our mission is to make a substantial, measurable impact on increasing our community's representation in the workplace through dedicated resources, personalized career opportunities, content, and community events.
