Dear Readers,

We launched the Jopwell platform in January of 2015 to connect you with amazing jobs and opportunities for career advancement. In our own experiences as professionals of color, we find enormous inspiration in hearing stories of people who’ve been there – those who’ve demonstrated that success is possible in ways we wouldn’t have otherwise seen.

This makes us especially excited to introduce The Well, Jopwell’s digital magazine, and a source for career advice and perspectives around navigating the workplace.

Whether you are vying for a big promotion, considering a career 180, or on the job hunt fresh out of college, building a successful career isn’t limited to those moments when you are actively applying for new roles. It’s a journey, and we created The Well as a resource – a place to exchange stories and to empower you to be your best professional self every step of the way.
