Our Mission
The PGA of America is one of the world’s largest sports organizations made up of nearly 28,000 PGA Professionals. Founded in 1916, the PGA is committed to growing the game of golf and bringing new audiences into the game.
One of our most notable contributions to the world of golf is the hosting of the Ryder Cup and our championship events – the PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, and KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. We take pride in delivering these high-level events showcasing the world’s most elite golfers to an eager audience of everyday golfers and
non-golfers alike.
